Our Vision

Our community was founded due to a lack of access to local meditation spaces which acknowledged and embraced the richness of our difference.

Our intention is to create a vibrant and active community, rooted in personal and collective liberation and social justice.

We exist to welcome anyone seeking an inclusive spiritual community and wishing to develop more embodied insight into this shared experience of being human together, with understanding, empathy, care and attention

We aim to support sangha members in their practice, through the groups and programs we can offer and to support visiting international teachers for their offerings whilst providing our community with a place of belonging to practise, connect, and heal.

At Southsea Sangha we aspire to nurture community and connection and we welcome folks from all social identities, including all ethnicities, classes, sexual orientations, gender locations, ages, abilities and cultures.
