Frank Uttyebroeck was born in Belgium and had a long career as a musician. Frank is a buddhist dharma teacher and meditation teacher, and community leader of 'tegen de stroom in' (Against the Stream tradtion) in Holland.
Frank is known for his no-nonsense approach of meditation and Buddhist teachings. His work with the terminally ill has also helped him to deepen his compassion and caring which both shine through in the way he teaches and regularly gives lectures on the perspective of the Dharma on different aspects of our daily lives for audiences in hospitals, prisons, hospices, recovery institutions.
The day will consist of silent meditation practice, meditation guidance and Dharma talks by Frank.
All levels of experience welcome. Bring your own lunch. Refreshments to be provided all day.
